About The Position

We are seeking a mid-to-senior .NET Developer for an onsite contract role in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will be proficient across the full Microsoft stack, including .NET, SQL Server, and ASP.NET, and will be able to quickly integrate into our existing environment and contribute effectively. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is considered a significant advantage, though not strictly required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional .NET development (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core)
• Strong C# and ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC)
• Solid SQL Server experience, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization
• Full SDLC experience (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment)
• Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to work fully onsite in St. Louis, MO

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) — customizations, integrations, or reporting
• ASP.NET MVC, Web API, or .NET Core
• Front-end familiarity (JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Razor)
• Source control with Git, TFS, or Azure DevOps
• Reporting tools — SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Power BI

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET
• Build, optimize, and tune SQL Server databases, including T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and performance tuning
• Support and enhance existing web applications and internal tools
• Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the stack
• Integrate with internal systems and third-party APIs as needed
• Where applicable, support or extend Dynamics GP customizations, integrations, or reporting
