About The Position

The NC DHHS Information Technology Division (ITD) is developing a web-based, secure, multi-user application under the DHSR Enterprise Project. This development effort is being performed in multiple phases and is expected to last multiple years. This expert level .Net Architect/Developer will design and develop new modules for the project. These new modules will integrate with existing data and applications. The DHSR Enterprise project needs a .Net Architect/Developer who has experience with Angular 11+; AngularJS; developing Angular UI components using Prime NG; JSON; MS C# .Net web development and MS C# .Net Core with IIS; MS SQL 2017+; advanced SQL skills (ability to create complex T-SQL queries); developing, deploying, securing APIs; developing systems using CLEAN and SOLID principles; Scrum Teams; BreezeJS library; GIT; Bitbucket; DevOps CI/CD pipelines; Jira; developing SSRS server side and client side reports

Requirements

12+ years of .Net Architect experience.
Experience with Angular 11 and higher versions (2 Years).
Experience developing Angular UI components using Prime NG (2 Years).
Experience in developing/maintaining AngularJS (1.5x and higher) applications (7 Years).
Experience working with JSON (7 Years).
Experience working with MS SQL 2017 or higher versions (7 Years).
Experience working with MS C# .Net web development with IIS (6 Years).
Advanced SQL skillsets – ability to create complex T-SQL queries (7 Years).
Expert in developing, deploying, securing APIs (7 Years).
Experience developing systems using CLEAN architecture (7 Years).
Experience developing systems using SOLID principles (7 Years).
Experience securing systems using SAML SSO (7 Years).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and business audiences (7 Years).
Ability to transfer development knowledge to other staff (7 Years).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (7 Years).
Ability to translate user stories/business requests into technical solutions (7 Years).
Experience working on a Scrum team (7 Years).
Experience working with BreezeJS library (Highly desired 5 Years).
Advanced knowledge with version control repositories like GIT, Bitbucket (Highly desired 7 Years).
Experience working with SAML Component Space Library (Highly desired 7 Years).
Experience developing SSRS server side and client side reports (Highly desired 7 Years).
Advance knowledge with DevOps CI/CD pipeline (Desired 5 Years).
