About The Position
Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is seeking a Nephrologist for their Baldwin Park location. This role involves general nephrology practice, with local travel to dialysis clinics. The position offers a high level of autonomy, a strong sense of partnership and teamwork, and a collegial, flat-hierarchy environment that fosters personal and professional growth. Open dialogue and new ideas are encouraged through regular town hall meetings with the medical director. Wellness is also a significant focus, with opportunities for social activities.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
- Must pass a background check/drug screen.
- Qualified applicants with arrest and/or conviction records will be considered for employment in a manner consistent with Federal, state and local laws, including but not limited to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
