About The Position

Renal Associates, P.A. (RAPA) is actively recruiting a Nephrologist to join their growing team in Eagle Pass, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for J-1 waiver candidates completing their first year of fellowship, offering a $200,000 base salary plus additional paid call coverage for strong total earning potential. Requirements

• J-1 waiver sponsorship preferred (for late summer/early fall 2027 start)
• Completing their first year of fellowship

Responsibilities

• 4 full days of clinic at 3103 Megan Street
• M-F rounding at Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center
• Dialysis rounding for FMC and US Renal
• Hospital coverage at FDMC and VVRMC
