About The Position

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our thriving, collaborative team at HCA Florida University Hospital—a modern, high-acuity facility in the heart of desirable South Florida. Join a well-established group of six neonatologists and three NNPs/PAs who are committed to delivering exceptional evidence-based care in a supportive, team-driven environment. Practice in a state-of-the-art 35-bed Level III NICU with access to full pediatric subspecialty support. Care for a diverse, high-acuity population with ~3,000 annual deliveries and a daily census of 15–25 patients. Enjoy a sustainable schedule of 7–8 24-hour shifts per month, supporting work-life balance. Work with advanced neonatal technologies and therapies, including: Total body cooling, Nitric oxide, Mechanical ventilation. Engage in academic collaboration with Nova Southeastern University and a team that genuinely invests in education, scholarship, and mentorship to help shape future pediatric providers. Join a team grounded in evidence based practice, with several active quality initiatives shaping how we deliver care. Help advance our work in precision medicine for the newborn, tailoring management to each neonate's individual physiology. Contribute to a parent centered, trauma informed model that supports families through every stage of care.

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist
  • Passionate about high-acuity neonatal care and clinical excellence
  • A team-oriented physician who values collaboration, continuity, and family-centered care
