The birth of a baby is typically a joyous occasion, but when that baby is born too early or very sick, it can be a very frightening experience for the family. The NICU nurses, NNPs, neonatologists and staff at Phoebe's NICU understand how traumatic it can be. In this role, you will provide comprehensive neonatal patient management, clinical decision-making, procedural care, and family education in partnership with neonatologists and interdisciplinary providers. Phoebe’s Level III NICU provides advanced, specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns across Southwest Georgia. Our multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, and experienced NICU nurses is committed to delivering high-acuity, evidence-based care while supporting families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
