Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) to join their team. The NSM will maintain precise records of all sales activities in the CRM software, deliver outstanding customer service, and promote First Heritage Mortgage as the lender of choice. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, and possesses strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Clear communication, strong relationship-building skills, and meticulous data tracking are imperative for success.
