Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) to join their team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, works effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintains a positive attitude, and has strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Clear communication, strong relationship-building skills, and meticulous data tracking are imperative.
