This position is supported through grant funding, and continued employment is contingent upon the availability of funds. The purpose of this class is to conduct research, analyze, and evaluate administrative, operational, and organizational procedures, programs, goals, and objectives to ensure optimal utilization of resources. The role involves managing all aspects of grant programs and office procurement processes, as well as preparing written and oral reports and proposals, and presenting recommendations to diverse audiences. Additionally, the job entails performing a wide range of technical and administrative duties in support of the City's Violence Prevention Efforts. There may also be a need to support special projects as required. The work is performed under general supervision from designated senior management.
