About The Position

This position acts as a universal attendant and life-enrichment aid, doing a number of duties to provide comprehensive care for our tenants, designed to maintain their physical and emotional well-being. Bethesda is a non-profit social ministry that carries out its mission daily: “Serving others together in faith, community and life.” This position will get to work in the brand-new location and building in New London, MN.

Requirements

• No diploma, degree, or certificate required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serving and cleaning up after meals
• Helping residents to and from rooms
• Helping to clean rooms
• Making beds
• Interacting with residents in large and small group settings, including exercise, devotionals, table activities (crafts, cards, etc.), art, pet and music therapy.
