Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues.
Demonstrates confidentiality, safety, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal relationships and ability to be a team player.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred.
Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct screening on potential client calls.
Complete all documentation associated with client calls.
Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.
Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.
Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system.
Demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards.
Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
