About The Position
Acuren is seeking NDT Trainees to join their call-out team based in Winnipeg, MB. This role offers flexible, as-needed work supporting projects based on client demand, with varying hours and shifts depending on project scope. Overtime opportunities are available during peak work periods, and the role provides diverse project exposure across multiple scopes and sites. Candidates must be local to Winnipeg or the surrounding area.
Requirements
- Experience in NDT or related field
- Completion of NDT Foundations course
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness
- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians in the set up and calibration of testing equipment.
- Assist Senior Technicians with Non-Destructive testing techniques in the field.
- Adhere to all company quality and safety policies and procedures.
