About The Position
Responsible for performing and overseeing nondestructive testing (NDT) procedures in accordance with NAS410/BSS7698 standards. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and safety of aerospace components and systems. The technician will utilize various NDT methods, including but not limited to ultrasonic, eddy current, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing, to detect defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Meet the NAS 410 requirements for level 2 certification.
- Experience with handheld instruments.
- Experience with Eddy Current Testing (ET).
- Experience with Radiography Testing (RT).
- Experience with Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
- Experience with Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
- Experience with Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT).
Nice To Haves
- Experience with NORTEC Eddy Current Flaw Detector.
- Experience with EPOCH 650 Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector.
- Experience with BondMaster 600/1000.
Responsibilities
