About The Position
Acuren is seeking multi-ticketed NDT Technicians (UT1, UT2, MT, PT, RT2) for their call-out team based in Winnipeg, MB. This role offers flexible, as-needed work, providing opportunities to stay active between projects and pick up work as it becomes available. Candidates should be local to Winnipeg or the surrounding area. The position involves supporting projects based on client demand, with varying hours and shifts depending on project scope. Overtime opportunities are available during peak work periods, and technicians will gain diverse project exposure across multiple scopes and sites.
Requirements
- CGSB Certifications – UT1, UT2, MT2, PT2
- Proven Work Ethic – dedicated, reliable, and safety-focused
- Client-Centered Approach – ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Uncompromising Safety & Quality Standards – always striving for excellence
- Problem-Solving Mindset – resourceful and effective at managing time and challenges
- Driven & Self-Motivated – able to perform at a high technical and professional level
- Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities
- Execute NDE/NDT inspections using established methods with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively through clear written and verbal reporting, while fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Adhere to standards and procedures to ensure accuracy, safety, and quality while meeting project deadlines.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, representing Acuren with professionalism at every stage.
