About The Position

Tube Specialties, Inc. (TSI) is hiring an NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Technician to join their team. In this role, you will perform Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT), Flow Testing, and Halide Leak Testing on aerospace components. This position ensures that every part meets strict industry and customer standards before leaving the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and looking to grow their NDT certifications in a stable, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Level II NDT certification (NAS 410 or equivalent) or ability to obtain
Experience with PT and leak/flow testing in aerospace or manufacturing
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inspection systems)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR regulations (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual).

Responsibilities

Perform Liquid Penetrant (PT) inspections per written procedures and customer specs
Conduct Flow Testing and Halide Leak Testing
Maintain process controls (dwell times, temperatures, contamination prevention)
Verify equipment calibration and compliance
Document inspection results and identify nonconformances
Interpret codes, standards, and technical requirements
Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
