About The Position

We are seeking an NDT Operator (Level 1) to join our team on the 1st shift (2:00 PM-10:00 PM), Monday through Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting parts for defects, ensuring compliance with specifications, and operating testing equipment to evaluate product quality. You will perform system capability checks, document work accurately, and handle materials, including hazardous waste, in compliance with safety standards. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is crucial, as is supporting inventory management and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience)
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and flexibility when needed
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Positive attitude and clear communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Willingness to learn and obtain Level 1 certification
• Ability to pass a visual acuity exam
• Comfort working under pressure and tight timelines
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards

• Casting experience is a plus
