About The Position
This role involves performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using Magnetic Particle and Penetrant Inspection methods. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment standardization checks and processing parts according to approved written instructions. A key aspect of the role is verifying and logging the calibration status of all necessary equipment daily.
Requirements
- ASNT Certified Level II
- Qualified and certified in accordance with NAS 410 requirements for Magnetic Particle Inspection.
- Ability to follow written instructions in the techniques/methods for which they are certified.
- Ability to read and interpret customer specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 130 hours experience.
- Must be certified in accordance with NAS 410 requirements for Magnetic Particle Inspection.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment standardization checks.
- Process parts in accordance with written instructions approved by the appropriate Level III.
- Verify calibration status of all gages, meters etc. and log each day.
Benefits
- Sign-On Bonus $2000 - 1st half paid after 30 days, 2nd half paid after 60 days
