About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced NDT Level II Radiographer to join our expanding team in the Eastern Iowa region. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Radiography. This role offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to advance into a leadership position within the region. In this position you will perform advanced-level special inspections, building inspections, and Non-Destructive testing work with direct collaboration with Olsson project managers and senior leaders. You will have the opportunity to mentor the efforts of less-experienced staff, travel to various jobs sites, and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

Requirements

2+ years of Radiography experience
Skilled and experienced NDT Level II Radiographer

Responsibilities

Perform advanced-level special inspections, building inspections, and Non-Destructive testing work with direct collaboration with Olsson project managers and senior leaders.
Mentor the efforts of less-experienced staff.
Travel to various jobs sites, and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.
Continue to foster relationships with current clients while cultivating a pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct NDT Testing, including but not limited to: radiography, ultrasonics, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing.
Document and report inspection results.
Ensure a thorough understanding of procedures, codes, and specifications to produce code quality test results.
Work directly with the Local Group leader to cover workloads and cultivate a Safe work environment.
Work with the client to cover all their needs locally.
