About The Position

The NDT Level 2 Inspector processes parts, evaluates and interprets results, documents findings, and performs equipment verification checks. This role is crucial for ensuring parts meet acceptance criteria through various non-destructive testing methods.

Requirements

• NDT-Level II Certification required.
• Minimum 400 hours experience in Liquid Penetrant Inspection.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Attention to detail as well as work efficiently.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methods.
• Basic knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and inspection technology.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the necessary preparation of parts before and after the inspection.
• Evaluate and interpret parts for acceptance/rejection criteria.
• Conduct system performance checks in accordance with applicable process standards.
• Guide and supervise trainees and Level 1 personnel.
• Stay current on the codes, standards, and contractual documents relating to the NDT processes performed at Premier Processing.
• Perform internal audits of Penetrant Process.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Other duties may be assigned as requested by the supervisor.
