About The Position

Staff Specialist within the Workover Rig Operations - Flowback job family. Completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways. Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informal team leader.

Requirements

  • Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac Flowback operations.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • More than 2 years Frac Flowback experience
  • Excellent leadership ability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Above average computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
  • Able to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline.
  • Consistently practice safe driving
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including away from home.
  • Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions.
  • Heavy lifting (50 Lbs. overhead)

Nice To Haves

  • 1 or more years preferred in a supervisory role.
