Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years and older.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be flexible and available evenings and/or weekends.
  • Experience working directly with the public.
  • JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an athletic facility or sports office is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor games, practices, and tournaments hosted by NCF.
  • Provide an upbeat, safe environment for the public.
  • Supervise and direct assigned staff members.
  • Supervise the conduct of participants, handle patron complaints, enforce rules and resolve problems.
  • Inspect recreation equipment for proper working order and safety. Complete equipment repairs and supplies.
  • Complete time sheets, accident and/or incident reports and cash drops.
  • Perform opening and closing duties of the facility.
  • Ensure policies are followed.
  • Assist with setup/tear down of activities, events, and programs.
