Requirements

Minimum age 18 years and older.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be flexible and available evenings and/or weekends.
Experience working directly with the public.
JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an athletic facility or sports office is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor games, practices, and tournaments hosted by NCF.
Provide an upbeat, safe environment for the public.
Supervise and direct assigned staff members.
Supervise the conduct of participants, handle patron complaints, enforce rules and resolve problems.
Inspect recreation equipment for proper working order and safety. Complete equipment repairs and supplies.
Complete time sheets, accident and/or incident reports and cash drops.
Perform opening and closing duties of the facility.
Ensure policies are followed.
Assist with setup/tear down of activities, events, and programs.
