About The Position

Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) is seeking recent graduates for the NCAA Digital Post Grad, Live Streaming role. This program offers real-world experience in digital media, focusing on college sports and live event streaming. The NCAA Digital team is responsible for the operations, production, marketing, and sales of NCAA.com and products like March Madness Live. This role specifically supports the multimedia department, which streams over 50 live NCAA championships and produces video highlights for all 91 championships annually. The postgraduate will assist in daily video production for NCAA.com and March Madness products, including editing, publishing, and distributing content. This is an eleven-month, benefits-eligible paid program.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree from an NCAA member institution, obtained within 2 years post graduation.
• Strong sports knowledge.
• Basic understanding of live event streaming production, or broadcasting for a sports venue, or experience within a broadcast station.
• Proficient with editing on Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
• Ability to manage multiple live streams, including but not limited to scheduling streams, taking events live and off air, monitoring audio/video and publishing to a CMS.
• High attention for detail with clear, concise communication skills.
• Passion for sports and digital media.
• Ability to work in a team environment with flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Able to handle last-minute or quick-turnaround deadlines.
• Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working under pressure.
• Recent graduates of a four-year NCAA member institution.

Responsibilities

• Assist the NCAA Digital multimedia staff in daily video production for NCAA.com and March Madness products.
• Edit, publish, and distribute content.
• Manage multiple live streams, including scheduling, initiating and ending events, monitoring audio/video, and publishing to a CMS.
• Capture video highlights for NCAA championships.
• Produce custom video features and franchises.
