About The Position

As an NC3 Operations Subject Matter Expert, you will apply defense mission expertise, industry knowledge, and advisory skills to address complex client problems and support national security. Working alongside leaders in the NC3 community on projects for the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), you will lead a team of operations professionals in researching and designing new mission technologies. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading teams.
• At least 3 years of experience performing Emergency Action Procedures (EAP) at the strategic or national level.
• At least 3 years of experience on an NC2 battle staff.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting USSTRATCOM missions.
• Knowledge of the NC3 system of systems.
• Master’s degree in a technical field.
