About The Position

IT Partners, Inc. (ITP) is seeking qualified personnel to support the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) 02 Program Management Office in delivering Program Management Support Services for acquisition systems including ePS, ITIMP, SPS, and interconnected Navy/DoD enterprise systems. Positions support coordination, documentation, analysis, acquisition functional activities, MS365 automation, help desk functions, and administrative/data entry. Positions will support NAVSUP 02 with: Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, including PMs, product owners, financial personnel, BSC, NWSS, DASN(P), PMW 250, and system interface partners. Preparing meeting documentation, minutes, action items, and coordination notes. Supporting development of program documentation (CONOPS, SOPs, guides, checklists, project schedules, POA&Ms). Supporting MS365 collaboration tools including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Planner, Power Automate, Power BI. Supporting acquisition planning, requirements development, testing, user scenarios, and data migration activities. Assisting with change management communications, briefings, graphics, and messaging. Providing training support, course materials, and user guides. Providing help desk Tier 2 functional support, troubleshooting functional issues, resolving or escalating to Tier 3, and documenting ticket activity. Performing data entry, validation, updates, and records verification. Delivering all PWS‑defined deliverables on time and with high quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years DoD acquisition experience (Navy preferred).
  • Experience interpreting FAR/DFARS/NMCARS and advising system teams.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with ePS, ITIMP, or SPS (any combination).
  • Experience developing system requirements, test scripts, and performing functional analysis.
  • Strong background in business process analysis and CWS (Contract Writing System) integration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert interpretation of FAR, DFARS, NMCARS, and Navy acquisition policies.
  • Develop functional and business requirements for ePS, SPS, ITIMP, and related systems.
  • Support backlog refinement, functional requirements development, and system strategy discussions.
  • Conduct regression, interface, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop detailed test scripts and user scenarios.
  • Analyze acquisition workflows and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support data migration including business rule validation, record correction, and retention assessments.
  • Advise project leadership on acquisition implications of system changes or new capabilities.
