About The Position

Navigator RN - Breast Center at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 10-hour, Day shifts. Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the RN Navigator coordinates cancer patient care and acts as a patient advocate. This includes monitoring patients through screening/diagnostic evaluation, assisting them with navigation through healthcare systems, providing education and emotional care supportive to or restorative of life and well-being, and identification and support in the development of programs and services to enhance patient care and support. Requirements

  • California Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 3 years of Clinical nursing experience as Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
  • 3 years of Outpatient experience in a healthcare setting
  • Oncology experience
