About The Position

The Navigator/Digital Champion identifies automation, reporting, analytics, and AI opportunities within their function and shepherds those initiatives through intake, prioritization, solution shaping, testing, and adoption. This role is accountable not only for identifying opportunities but for driving change, enabling adoption, and ensuring realized value within the function. This position also has a key and measurable impact on the integrity of financial reporting and the quality of data-driven decision support within the function. The Navigator/Digital Champion partners with senior commercial leaders, cross-functional stakeholders in CE and DDA, and the broader Finance organization. This role must influence cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and resources. Building strong, collaborative networks across CE, DDA, and Finance is essential to translate P&L performance into strategic narratives.

Requirements

  • University degree with a business or life sciences focus.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance related field.
  • Ability to fully understand a P&L.
  • In-depth Financial knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and sense of urgency.
  • Strong proficiency in financial reporting systems, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to leverage digital and AI tools to accelerate analysis and automation.
  • Ability to translate complex directions into executable financial outputs with precision.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s (MBA or equivalent) or professional accounting certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying automation, reporting, analytics, and AI opportunities within their function.
  • Shepherding initiatives through intake, prioritization, solution shaping, testing, and adoption.
  • Driving change, enabling adoption, and ensuring realized value within the function.
  • Translating functional direction into standardized, high-quality analytical outputs and reports.
  • Maintaining high attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of P&L data and functional planning.
  • Supporting disciplined forecasting through rigorous analysis and building structured scenario views to aid decision processes.
  • Simplifying and standardizing financial processes to improve consistency and scale across the organization.
  • Coordinating cross-functional inputs to ensure aligned delivery and using systems thinking to manage upstream and downstream data dependencies.
  • Partnering with senior commercial leaders, cross-functional stakeholders in CE and DDA, and the broader Finance organization.
  • Influencing cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and resources.
  • Building strong, collaborative networks across CE, DDA, and Finance to translate P&L performance into strategic narratives.
