About The Position

As an Action Officer in Naval Programs, you know the complexities of supporting U.S Navy projects from concept to completion. Many U.S Navy programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. You’ll support and manage projects to ensure completion on time and within budget, including developing plans, implementing strategies, and leading team efforts. You will act as a liaison to bridge between functional teams, civilian and military leadership, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration. You will conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support decision-making and operational improvements. You’ll facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings as needed to support organizational goals. Requirements

3+ years of experience as a company grade military officer, serving as an action officer, for senior military leadership
3+ years of experience in project management or policy implementation with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience as a company grade or higher military officer, serving as a department head, for senior military leadership
5+ years of experience in project management or policy implementation cross-functional teams
Experience in U.S. Navy platforms and systems
Possession of strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree
PMP Certification

Responsibilities
