About The Position

We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As a Naval C2ISR Analyst, you’ll bring your leadership and tactical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) on projects for electromagnetic readiness. You’ll use your skills and expertise to conduct exercise assessments of how EMSO is being incorporated into combatant command (CCMD) and Service-level exercises. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Naval C2ISR operations or service equivalent
  • Knowledge of service capabilities, including communication and tactical data links, tactics, and vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO
  • Ability to develop detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities
  • Ability to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of evaluations
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in Joint, CCMD or Service level staff assignment
  • Experience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations to leadership
  • Master's degree
