About The Position

As an expert in Naval systems, your unique skill set inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients’ most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe and our sailors in the fight. You'll use your combat systems experience to support the development, testing, acquisition, and integration of ship combat systems. You’ll provide inputs and technical support on behalf of the Navy program office throughout all phases of the combat systems development lifecycle, including requirements development, system design, performance analysis, testing, systems of systems integration, sustainment, and logistics. Work in a team environment with senior staff supporting combat systems development, acquisition, sustainment, logistics, and readiness assessments. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Naval Combat System acquisition, performing program management and testing for the DoD as a civilian, military personnel, or contractor
  • Experience with military networks, sensors, and system integration or engineering
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing dashboards, databases, or data science tools, including Micro sof t Power Apps or SharePoint
  • Experience with Aegis, ICS, or SSDS
  • Experience with U.S. Navy platforms, combat and networked systems, surface and air-launched weapon s, C4I, Sensor, and EW systems
  • Experience with NAVSEA and Naval Surface Warfare Center programs
  • Knowledge of the combat system sof tware development lifecycle or CI / CD pipelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in a CS, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering field preferred
  • Master’s degree in a CS, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering field a plus
