About The Position

As a Naval Acquisition Program Analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our Navy customer. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, and regular interactions with both Booz Allen and Navy Leadership, and other acquisition program specialists. Requirements

2+ years of experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) program office
Experience with program financial management support in a government contracting environment
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues independently and as part of a team, set priorities that balance service and control, and manage and track multiple initiatives
Ability to work independently and pay strict attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with a NAVSEA Program
Experience with NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) or equivalent
Experience with PBIS and CORBA
Experience with Power BI
Ability to create analytic visualizations with Excel or Power BI
Possession of strong analytical skills
