Hold the boot under the sanding machine and move it in a back-and-forth motion using light pressure. Sanding with two different grades of sandpaper to achieve the correct finishing of the boot. The Naumkeg position will need Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow safety and quality standards. Openness to learning and performing cross-training in other areas.
