The Natural Resources Safety and Training Coordinator supports the day-to-day implementation of CCNB’s Natural Resources program by coordinating field operations, training and mentoring a team of 4–10 Crew Supervisors and up to 50 Corpsmembers, overseeing the successful execution of natural resources projects, coordinating safety and training programs, and ensuring the timely completion of departmental administrative functions. The position collaborates with other CCNB departments to support Corpsmember development and success while fostering a positive learning environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, safety, and high-quality project outcomes. Working closely with the Natural Resources Site Manager, the Natural Resources Safety and Training Coordinator supports departmental operations by coordinating special projects, monitoring field activities, providing regular updates on project progress, safety, training, and assisting with the implementation of departmental priorities.
