The National Training Manager is responsible for the delivery of learning activities focused on new hire training and other training activities and supports the development of our sales teams. Reporting to the Director of Training, the incumbent will be driving results through expert delivery, development, and facilitation of sales specific learning programs. They will support the development of OSL’s US Sales teams and leaders to accelerate sales performance and effectiveness. From the team perspective, the role is responsible for coaching, developing, and handling day to day operations with their direct reports. They will support scheduling and handling reporting and goal setting with a larger number of regional directors and regional vice presidents. They will bring back feedback and development and strategies from senior leadership and effectively bring those initiatives to the field in rapid, polished, and professional capacity.
