The Training and Park Opening Specialist plays a key role in supporting franchise owners and their management staff to ensure every park launch is a success and every team is equipped to operate with excellence. This role is about much more than just opening the doors — it’s about embedding our Clean. Safe. Kind. values from day one and setting teams up for long-term success.
