About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced and adaptable National Shop Manager to support operations across multiple locations nationwide. This role is responsible for traveling to various shops to train teams, support new store openings, stabilize operations, and drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who can step into different environments, quickly assess operational needs, and elevate team performance through effective coaching and leadership. While this position requires extensive travel, it is designed to transition into a permanent home shop location within the LV Petroleum network.

Requirements

Proven experience in shop management or multi-unit operations
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to quickly assess challenges and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in changing environments
Willingness to travel frequently and extensively

Nice To Haves

Experience in training or coaching teams strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Travel to LV Petroleum locations nationwide to train staff and develop local leadership teams
Support new location openings, transitions, and underperforming shops
Evaluate operations and implement process improvements aligned with LV Petroleum standards
Provide hands-on coaching in daily operations, customer service, and team management
Ensure compliance with LV Petroleum policies, procedures, and performance expectations
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization
Step in as acting manager or leadership support when needed
Build strong, professional relationships across multiple teams and locations
