About The Position

Truck Centers, Inc. is looking for a high-impact National Service Sales Director to help grow our service, maintenance, mobile service, and body shop revenue by building strong partnerships with large local, regional, and national fleet customers. This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on expanding our service and collision footprint, not truck sales. What You’ll Be Doing As the National Service Sales Director, you’ll act as the primary relationship owner for assigned fleet accounts and serve as the internal advocate for fleet customers across our organization. You’ll work closely with dealership leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all locations. What Success Looks Like A successful National Service Sales Director will: Create and grow strong fleet partnerships that drive revenue Increase customer loyalty and long-term retention through consistency and trust Expand business within current accounts by uncovering new service/collision opportunities Build internal alignment across multiple locations and teams Become the go-to resource for fleet leaders and TCI leadership alike

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • 7–10+ years in heavy-duty service or dealership operations
  • 10+ years national sales experience
  • Experience managing large local or national fleet accounts
  • Strong understanding of service pricing and operations
  • Willingness to travel nationally and up to 50% travel
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet insurance requirements
  • Must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Driving growth in service, mobile service, and body shop revenue across regional and national fleets
  • Expanding wallet share within existing strategic fleet accounts
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with fleet decision-makers
  • Acting as the single point of accountability for assigned fleet accounts
  • Serving as the internal “voice of the customer,” advocating for fleet needs and priorities
  • Ensuring consistent pricing and program execution across all dealership locations
  • Conducting regular business reviews, performance check-ins, and customer visits
  • Managing fleet pricing structures, service terms, and authorization processes
  • Escalating and resolving service/mobile/collision concerns quickly and professionally
  • Partnering with General Managers and department leaders to develop fleet growth strategies
  • Tracking and reporting fleet performance metrics to support continuous improvement
