They are responsible for leading the national account sales team to effectively deliver assigned annual operating plans, and supplier goals and share targets across the full Johnson Brothers portfolio and network. Primary responsibilities include driving profitable revenue growth to deliver the AOP, coaching and developing direct and indirect team members, and guiding off-premise retail channel strategies. The director must be a strategic thinker, highly collaborative and action-oriented, willing to work with cross-functional, internal, and external partners to develop & execute winning solutions and drive performance across all tiers.
