About The Position

As our National Sales Staffing Director , you will be the architect and leader of BestLogic Staffing's national sales growth. You will develop and execute strategies that open new markets, grow our client base, and lead a high-performing sales organization across multiple regions. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make an immediate and lasting impact.

Requirements

  • A visionary sales executive with a proven ability to lead national or multi-regional teams
  • Data- and results-driven, with strong operational and execution skills
  • Passionate about building, scaling, and mentoring high-performance teams
  • Excels at executive-level relationship building and enterprise sales strategy
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced business education a plus
  • 8-12+ years of progressive sales leadership, ideally within staffing, recruitment, or professional services
  • Experience managing multi-region or national sales teams and growing annual revenue into the 8-figure range
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling, enterprise account management, and sales tech (CRM, pipeline tools, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel nationally to support teams and key clients

Responsibilities

  • National Sales Strategy & Leadership Design and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all U.S. markets
  • Analyze emerging industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust go-to-market strategy
  • Build, mentor, and lead regional sales managers and account executives
  • Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, coaching frameworks, and accountability
  • Client Acquisition & Expansion Oversee large enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting to close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional client decision-makers
  • Develop a repeatable client acquisition process that scales with growth
  • Sales Operations & Reporting Own forecasting, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and recruiting to align goals and ensure client success
  • Present sales results and strategic insights to the executive team regularly
  • Market Growth & Territory Development Identify high-potential regions, sectors, and service line expansion opportunities
  • Support local office launches, field sales training, and brand activation in new markets
  • Attend key client meetings and staffing industry events to represent BestLogic nationally
