About The Position

Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) is a global leader in performance and lifestyle nutrition, with a portfolio that includes Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, think!®, and Amazing Grass®. Our product range spans powders, ready-to-drink beverages, bars, and capsules – formats designed for convenience and globally available through e-commerce, specialty retailers, and mass-market channels. We are hiring a Director of Sales – National Accounts! As the senior commercial leader you will drive profitable growth across multiple brands and categories within key national and regional retailers including Kroger, Albertsons, H‑E‑B, Publix, Hy‑Vee, Wegmans, Meijer, GNC, and The Vitamin Shoppe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of progressive commercial leadership experience within CPG.
  • Proven P&L ownership and experience with complex retail customers.
  • Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
  • Savvy and future-focused leader with deep sales experience across a broad range of customers and channels; highly adept at cultivating and growing large strategic customer partnerships; skillful and experienced in joint business planning.

Nice To Haves

  • Recent Kroger and/or Albertsons experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own P&L performance and drive profitable growth across assigned national and regional customers.
  • Develop and execute customer and joint business plans aligned with brand and enterprise strategy.
  • Build and maintain senior‑level customer relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Customer Business Managers and broker partners.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Drive disciplined trade management and execution excellence.
  • Operate with a General Manager mindset.
