As a full-service agency, they offer a wide range of insurance products including homeowners, renters, auto, specialty items, special events, small business, and umbrella policies. This position supports sales teams by making outbound calls to customers in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment. It's an opportunity to start a career in Personal Lines Insurance Sales.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound calling, call centers, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- No certifications or licenses are required to start.
- Willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with computers and basic computer navigation.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Make 150+ outbound calls a day to prospective and existing customers (leads from potential customers looking for a quote).
- Gather valuable client information and pass leads to licensed agents.
- Set up new accounts and accurately enter customer information.
- Reconnect with customers to provide outstanding service and follow up.
- Promote products and generate interest in services.
- Stay organized, prioritize the day, and consistently hit daily and weekly goals.
