About The Position

National Roving Leasing Consultant needed to support apartment communities across Monarch Investment & Management Group's national portfolio. This role is for individuals who thrive in new environments, enjoy travel, and excel at driving occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service. The position offers an opportunity to work with a large privately owned multifamily company, providing support where needed to ensure community success.

Requirements

2+ years of multifamily leasing experience or strong customer-facing sales experience
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding leasing goals
Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly and perform in changing environments
Positive attitude and willingness to travel extensively

Responsibilities

Drive occupancy through effective leasing strategies
Support new lease-up communities and property transitions
Tour prospective residents and close leases
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process
Process applications, lease documents, renewals, and move-ins
Execute outreach and marketing initiatives within local markets
Conduct competitive market surveys
Maintain accurate leasing records in Yardi
Ensure model apartments and curb appeal meet company standards
Coach and mentor onsite leasing teams when needed
