Requirements

  • Strong organizational, time-management, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal / communications skills
  • Leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in managing projects and technical resources
  • Computer knowledge required
  • Operating systems knowledge required
  • Must be able to operate a company truck with acceptable safe driving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • Access Control software programs knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
  • Directly manage both the project and the technical support personnel.
  • Reviews project plan / time frame / procedures on all projects and schedules project coordination meetings with appropriate personnel.
  • Determines technical staffing requirements, schedules and manages appropriate resources needed to complete project.
  • Manage customer’s expectations within project timelines and project budgets, forecasting and scheduling of subcontractors and technicians.
  • Prepares and maintains all necessary paperwork for projects. (i.e. monthly forecast, billings report, Project Management Reviews, etc.)
  • Follow implementation procedures per job on a timely basis.
  • Works well with co-workers in all departments and displays positive attitude toward the work and goals of the Operations department.
  • Is responsible for the performance, demeanor, performance reviews and conduct of technical staff on assigned projects.
  • Support staff and ensure staff accountability to both customer and company.
  • Initiates and adapts well to change.
  • Meet project objectives in a proficient and professional manner.
  • Responsible for final system testing / job sign-off/ and turnover of a quality product to the customer and SAGE Service Department.
  • Always maintains confidentiality.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
