IOM provides comprehensive support to the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP), including case processing, migration health assessments, cultural orientation training, organized transportation, and administration of the travel loan and collections program. The Department of Mobility Pathways and Inclusion (MPI), through the Resettlement and Movement Management Division (RMM), holds organizational responsibility for providing direction, oversight, and guidance to IOM’s worldwide support for all resettlement programs. Under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator Travel Loan Program (TLP), and the overall supervision of the Head of USRAP TLP, working closely with the Resource Management and Financial Compliance Units within Global Office Washington, as well as other relevant departments and pillars, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring overall TLP financial integrity and reconciliations. This includes executing policies and procedures in support of the financial and humanitarian goals of the Program, strictly following regulatory standards, including Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), U.S. federal and state financial regulations.
