Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or a minimum 3 years of relevant work in contracts management and Sales.
  • Ability to analyze and manage large amounts of data for customer reporting.
  • Attention to detail and must have the business maturity to communicate effectively with key customers and internal departments.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities.
  • Information seeking and achievement orientation, ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the construction industry or capital infrastructure sales is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience working with SAP, contract management systems and document management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reporting and workflow process.
  • Work with the National Sales Team across the country, applying appropriate tasks and strategies, and ensuring the accuracy of submissions and timeliness in work completion.
  • Manage customer contract addendums ensuring information provided is correct and contract addendums are properly filed once executed with the Legal & Compliance Department.
  • Monitor National & Key Accounts performance by preparing, analyzing and presenting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Assist the Sales & Legal & Compliance department with the preparation of Request For Proposals (RFPs) & tenders.
  • Attend National Account meetings to assist with note taking, account receivables and providing general updates.
  • Communicate with the branches across Canada on accounts, working with Account Managers and Regional Operation Managers regarding accounts to help resolve customer concerns and address gaps in service delivery.
  • Manager the National Accounts platform analyzing and checking work order status, monitoring and reporting on technician check arrival and departure times.
  • Run reports from SAP and collate data for internal and external customer meetings.
  • Manage National Account customer ad hoc requests.
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external customer presentations.
