About The Position

The National Inventory Returns & Fulfillment Specialist supports two key National Inventory programs: initiating the first step of the returns process for refunded, exchanged, and defective devices, and managing the end to end fulfillment of CS Iconic Portal orders. This role receives and prepares returned devices for downstream processing while also taking orders, communicating with dealers, and picking, packing, and shipping devices to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some familiarity with wireless equipment troubleshooting
  • Attention to Detail: Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working.
  • Customer Focus: Knowing the (internal and external) customer business needs and acting accordingly; anticipating customer needs and giving high priority to customer satisfaction and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial receiver of refunded, exchanged, and defective devices
  • Log and document incoming devices accurately
  • Inspect devices for condition and completeness
  • Tag, package, and stage items for downstream returns processing
  • Enter return details into internal systems
  • Flag and escalate discrepancies or unusual return activity
  • Enter customer device orders through the CS Iconic Portal admin tools
  • Communicate with dealers throughout the order lifecycle
  • Verify product availability, pricing, and order details
  • Ensure orders are complete and ready for fulfillment
  • Pick, pack, and ship devices according to standards
  • Troubleshoot and escalate Iconic Portal order issues
