About The Position

KI is looking for a National Installation Manager to join our Installation team! The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the KI Installation team and to plan, direct and control all installation processes for KI Services. Responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and reporting the status of all installation projects, developing, and managing the product training program, overseeing the vendor evaluation program, and maintaining installation excellence through value-added business processes from initial quote to project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management or installation coordination experience in contract and institutional furniture industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gantt Charts as well as BPCS and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, upgrade, and manage an overall installation system that fosters customer services and adequately protects the company against litigation due to the improper installation of KI products.
  • Direct and monitor allocation of staff and resources within the KI Services department.
  • Operate KI Division installation as an efficient value-added business process for the corporation as a whole from the initial quotation to project completion and payment.
  • Develop and manage the product training program for direct installation employees and subcontracted employees.
  • Train and monitor installation project managers, installation technicians and subcontractors.
  • Integrate information technology to maximize efficiency and overall effectiveness of the team.
  • RFP/Contract/Bid review related to installation services.
  • Develop and maintain pricing matrix based on market analysis to ensure we provide the most effective solution to our customers.
