Pay: Depending on experience and qualifications, you earn $65,000 - $85,000/year . You could also make performance-based bonuses ! YOUR ROLE AS OUR INSTALLATION MANAGER Normal working hours are from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday . You're the driving force behind our successful cabinet projects, skillfully coordinating the essential matters that keep our jobs on track. This role combines leadership skills with technical expertise, and you supervise all aspects of our projects, from planning to final inspection. Collaborating with field crews, clients, designers, and the operations team, you skillfully coordinate jobs, manage schedules, and oversee quality control. You strive to finish every job on time and within budget, mentoring the installers to ensure they complete impressive work. Some key responsibilities include leading your team, providing quality training, and tackling various project management duties. You foster a positive work environment and offer constructive feedback to keep performance high. Diligently, you oversee the work schedules, effectively assign jobs to installers, and solve any problems as soon as they arise. You conduct thorough inspections to check for quality and guarantee great craftsmanship. If you notice any issues, you promptly fix them. You keep the client updated on the job's progress and immediately notify them of any changes. By upholding safe working environments, properly maintaining equipment, and ensuring regulatory compliance, you keep our cabinet installations efficient and our clients happy!
