About The Position
The National General Adjuster - Inside role is part of the Global Technical Services business segment. This position resolves complex commercial liability losses generally in excess of $250,000 by investigating damages, negotiating adjustment of losses with corporate management, brokerage personnel, lawyers, accountants or public adjusters representing the insured, and presenting evidence in legal proceedings. The role's responsibilities also include direct loss assignment handling, assisting branches or Technical Services on loss handling, and providing catastrophe claims assistance.
