About The Position

The National Director will be a key architect of Renovia's go-to-market strategy, driving the growth and performance of their assigned vertical market segment. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that align with the company's sales objectives, focusing on increasing account penetration and share of wallet within expansion accounts and driving net new business. As the central point of contact for industry insights and trends, the National Director will provide guidance to regional sales reps, ensuring they are empowered with the relationships, tools, and strategies needed to drive revenue growth within their accounts. The National Director will also play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring sales reps, increasing competencies, and fostering collaboration across regions. This role requires close coordination with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to drive targeted campaigns, secure net new business, and build executive-level relationships with key accounts. By fostering cross-functional collaboration and aligning strategies with Renovia’s goals, the National Director will be instrumental in achieving revenue growth, hitting sales targets, and strengthening Renovia’s presence in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of national account experience
  • Knowledge and expertise with Salesforce preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Travel to branch and client locations (50-60% of time)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies to ensure a 10% year-over-year growth in the assigned vertical market segment
  • Lead initiatives that support Renovia’s expansion by deploying tactics that align with company objectives and market trends
  • Collaborate with regional sales reps, marketing and operations to develop integrated strategies that drive account penetration and increase share of wallet within expansion accounts
  • Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance data to ensure targets of 60-80% account penetration and 30% share of wallet are consistently achieved
  • Partner with regional sales reps, marketing and revenue operations to research, identify and target new accounts that align with our Ideal Client Profile, driving net new business sales goals
  • Foster a collaborative approach to prospecting, lead generation, and new client acquisition, ensuring seamless integration of efforts between regional teams and marketing
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to regional sales reps to develop their competencies and sales skillsets, leading to measurable revenue growth within their accounts
  • Implement training programs, workshops, and regular feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals
  • Analyze revenue data and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Adjust sales tactics and provide targeted coaching to ensure both individual and team performance align with established revenue goals
  • Identify opportunities for upselling existing customers, ensuring their evolving needs are met with tailored solutions
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Renovia at industry events, trade shows, and associations, increasing brand visibility and cultivating new partnerships
