Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or higher education; or two to four years related experience and/or training with one to three years of commercial HVAC experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrates strong leadership abilities
• Communicates effectively in written and spoken form
• Exhibits good decision making and problem solving abilities
• Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills
• Works with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow directions
• Works effectively in a team environment
• Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
• Willing to be on call
• Electronic/digital low voltage controls
• Multi-Meter
• Knowledge of electronics
• Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

• Answers and solves National support calls on AAON controls
• Assists in testing and troubleshooting AAON digital controls
• Performs job site startup and troubleshooting
• Assists with both on site and off site training on AAON controls
• Performs administrative duties associated with controls support position
• Assists with training new National controls support personnel
• Tests control boards that have come back from AAON as failed boards
